Impact & accountability
You’ll always know where your gift goes
We’re a young foundation, so we’re building trust the right way: clear goals, plain records, and real numbers every year.

How we’ll measure
What we’ll count and share
- Moves completed, by town
- Seniors helped at each cost level (full, shared, full quote)
- Volunteer hours
- A short survey of every family after each move
- Dollars raised and where each one went

Board policies
Being adopted by the board in 2026:
- Conflict of interest
- Whistleblower protection
- Document retention
- Donor privacy
- Nondiscrimination
- Volunteer safety and background checks
Our partners, disclosed
Our board members own our two supporting partners. Benjamin and Danah Phillips co own Summit Solutions & Contracting Services. Dalonna McGill and Deedra Conley co own Alpine Premier Services. Summit’s contribution is doing Pathways moves at a reduced, below market rate; Alpine supports the foundation.
When a partner company works on a Pathways move, board members tied to that company step out of the decision, and the work is priced at or below fair market rates.
