How we’ll measure

What we’ll count and share

  • Moves completed, by town
  • Seniors helped at each cost level (full, shared, full quote)
  • Volunteer hours
  • A short survey of every family after each move
  • Dollars raised and where each one went

Every number we share will stand for a neighbor’s move.

Board policies

Being adopted by the board in 2026:

  • Conflict of interest
  • Whistleblower protection
  • Document retention
  • Donor privacy
  • Nondiscrimination
  • Volunteer safety and background checks

Our partners, disclosed

Our board members own our two supporting partners. Benjamin and Danah Phillips co own Summit Solutions & Contracting Services. Dalonna McGill and Deedra Conley co own Alpine Premier Services. Summit’s contribution is doing Pathways moves at a reduced, below market rate; Alpine supports the foundation.

When a partner company works on a Pathways move, board members tied to that company step out of the decision, and the work is priced at or below fair market rates.
